I do hope they retain the old loot interface as an option. Hoping for a toggle for the old UI portrait, not a huge fan of the updated wider bars. Sadly I won't be using default frames until they add buffs and debuffs to the nameplates. If anyone has this issue, my #1 suggestion is just let ElvUI (or there's an addon I saw people talking about if you don't use ElvUI) automagically handle your UI scale and make sure the CVar isn't automatically handling it for you.Now if our portrait could be animated like what ElvUi does instead of a static image. 7 UI scale that one pixel in length was really defined as. I backed up the old version of ElvUI I used and I'm about to load that up and see if I'm getting the same results, but I figured I would reach out to see if anyone has the exact answer to this.Įdit: My frustration is going down slightly, as I went back to my old version of ElvUI and now ElvUI is properly behaving/lining up.

I also imagine I would've seen these issues with ElvUI upon upgrade and not tinkering with my UI but I could be wrong. What in the world is going on? I would imagine if this was due to my ElvUI upgrade, I wouldn't be seeing these issues on WeakAuras when I disabled ElvUI. 5 decimal somewhere in the positioning, but one positional movement to the left, right, up, or down will result in my action bars being mis-aligned by one pixel in whatever direction they're moving Target now has to sit 2 pixels above my player unit frame to be lined up (So lines up with )-My action bars can no longer line up with my unit frames on the X or Y axis. My unit frames, which sit on the same Y-Axis for alignment, weren't aligned after I moved them. My ElvUI profile, which I never had any sort of problems what-so-ever with positioning in a couple of months, all of a sudden was having positional issues. This for some reason went onto my UI for ElvUI after I started encountering this issue with my weakaura. I can do this with 3, 4, or even 5 but every single time they won't be evenly spaced. In the bottom row, every button (Which is 42 width) is spaced on the X-axis by 44 pixels, yet the bottom row (Which is a width of 40) is separated by 42 pixels. The top row is 42 width, the bottom row is 40 width, they're all the same height of 30, and they all are positioned in whole numbers so there isn't random decimals in the positioning to cause this issue. Just a single weak aura I made for Frostbolt as an action button, I mainly did this just to size things up. The problem: I'm trying to line up elements of my UI to be even, yet in so many various, random areas they're off / mis-sized by one or two extra pixels. Even with ElvUI Disabled and just trying to line up my weak auras, I don't get what in the world is going on with my positioning, sizing, etc.

I've disabled ElvUI just to set my UI scale to 1.0/100%, I'm playing on 1440p, and the only difference I can tell is I updated from an older version of ElvUI to a newer version - Before I updated I wasn't having this problem, now I am. Writing at the end of this postĪddons being used for this configuration are WA and ElvUI.
